I have been reading several posts on errors to see if was already solved and , after admiring your knowledge and see that it had not happened before, I have decided to create this post to see if I can lend a hand you .
The problem started yesterday when , after installing a dual boot between Fedora and perfect Windows 8, it occurred to me to install some nvidia drivers to optimize graphics for linux . After installing I rebooted and I was surprised that Fedora would not start properly finished loading the logo and then remained a static background . After this I used the LiveCD (by USB) I installed Fedora with his manager and I formated the partitions corresponding to Fedora then reinstall setup automatic partitioning. Fedora installed successfully, but when I restart the computer , I no longer appears Windows 8 as an option in GRUB.
If I go into the BIOS itself I get an option called UEFI OS , which I understand is Windows ( damaged in any way ), but when the start effort with it I get this message ( "system boot order not found" ) followed by more things for me unreadable .
I tried with a DVD Recovery Windows 8 and within the command shell , run - bootrec / fixmbr - bootrec / fixboot and - bootrec / rebuildbcd . The first two were running smoothly in the third I recognize a partition with Windows on D: \ Windows ( The D drive is actually a second drive where I keep the data, but here consider the partition with that name) , but without any result .
I have also tried to use the Super Grub Disk, but I did not recognize any operating system (I think that to boot from the DVD, I had to remove the UEFI , but only shows me Fedora and UEFI OS).
Installing Windows 8 and Fedora is made of a single 128GB SSD , another drive ( D ) which I use as storage.
I hope you can help me , because I can not think of anything else to do. Thank you.
